Honey Sesame Fish Recipe Indian Style
Ingredients:
4 fillets of fish (any white fish such as tilapia or cod will work)
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 tablespoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Lemon wedges and cilantro for garnish

1 tablespoon of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 tablespoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Lemon wedges and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to make a marinade.
Coat the fish fillets with the marinade, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil, and arrange the fish fillets in a single layer in the dish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of each fillet.
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Once done, remove from the oven and let the fish rest for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with lemon wedges and cilantro before serving.
