  आम कशुंडी चिंगरी (आम सरसों झींगा)  यहाँ भारतीय शैली में आम कशुंडी चिंगरी (आम सरसों झींगा) की रेसिपी है:   अवयव:  500 ग्राम झींगे, छीले हुए और साफ किए हुए  1 बड़ा पका हुआ आम, छिलका और कद्दूकस किया हुआ  3 बड़े चम्मच सरसों का तेल  1 बड़ा चम्मच काली सरसों के दाने  1 टेबल स्पून पीली सरसों  2 हरी मिर्च, कटी हुई  1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर  1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर  नमक स्वाद अनुसार   निर्देश:  एक ब्लेंडर में, काली और पीली सरसों को थोड़े से पानी के साथ पीसकर एक चिकना पेस्ट बना लें।  मध्यम आँच पर एक पैन में सरसों का तेल गरम करें।  पैन में राई का पेस्ट डालें और 2-3 मिनट तक रंग बदलने तक पकाएं।  पैन में कटी हुई हरी मिर्च, हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह से मलाएं।  कढ़ाई में कद्दूकस किया हुआ आम डालिये और 2-3 मिनिट तक पकाइये जब तक कि आम नरम न हो जाय और मिश्रण गाढ़ा न हो जाय.  झींगे को पैन में डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ, सुनिश्चित करें कि झींगे आम-सरसों के मिश्रण से लिपटे हुए हैं। ...
